What Lift a Cube actually asks you to do

Muscular Roblox avatar standing beside a steel cube on the green Lift a Cube map

Lift a Cube is a free Roblox incremental simulator from Freaky Strong!. You do push-ups to raise Strength, walk the map to lift heavier cubes for Cash, then spend that Cash on movement upgrades, training upgrades, and Arm Materials chest rolls. There is no rebirth gate, so overtraining is a real strategy. Start with the beginner guide, check codes, then rank materials on the arm materials tier list.

Quick start

Five steps that turn a fresh spawn into a working training loop.

  1. 1

    Join and hit Train

Open Lift a Cube on Roblox, press **1** or the Train button, and start push-ups. Click multiplier bubbles when they appear. Details live in the training guide.

  2. 2

Lift the nearest cube you can finish

Walk to a cube whose Strength gate you already beat, then tap to fill the lift bar. Cash scales with weight — see how to lift cubes.

  3. 3

Buy a speed or training upgrade

Every map section sells a permanent movement or training upgrade. Spend Cash there before you dump everything into chests. Rank them on the upgrades tier list.

  4. 4

    Roll Arm Materials

Use leftover Cash at the Arm Materials chest. Better materials multiply Strength per push-up. Start with the arm materials guide.

  5. 5

Walk farther and skip weak cubes

Overtraining is allowed — there is no rebirth tax. Push Strength until you can skip a cube tier, then follow the walkthrough toward the 1.3 billion cube.
