Lift a Cube Guides

Every how-to for the train, lift, and roll loop.

Guides Hub

Lift a Cube looks like a joke title until the first cube that will not move. Then it is a Strength problem, a Cash problem, and a map-routing problem. This hub is the index for those problems. English pages here are written for the live Roblox experience published by Freaky Strong! on August 24, 2026, not for older lifting simulators with rebirths and pets.

If you just spawned, do not binge every article. Run this order:

  1. Getting Started — spawn, Train, first Cash
  2. Controls — key 1, tap lift, mobile notes
  3. How to train — bubbles, AFK, overtraining
  4. How to lift cubes — Strength gate and the bar
  5. How to get arm materials — chest rolls that multiply push-ups
  6. Walkthrough — section by section down the map
  7. Endgame — the 1.3 billion cube and billion-kilogram lifts
  8. Mobile play — Train button, tap bar, AFK on a phone

Each of those pages links to its neighbors on purpose. The lift article assumes you already Train. The arm article assumes you already generate Cash. The endgame article assumes you already skip weak cubes.

What the game is actually asking

The official description is short: the cube is too heavy; do push-ups; buy better arms; open chests for rare materials; walk farther. Sportskeeda’s beginner guide fills in the verbs. Training is an automatic push-up loop on key 1. Lifting is a tap minigame gated by Strength. Cash scales with cube weight. Arm materials multiply future Strength gains. Map sections sell permanent movement and training upgrades. There is no rebirth, so dumping hours into Train is not punished.

That last point changes how-to writing. In a rebirth sim you stop training to prestige. Here you overshoot a cube on purpose so you can skip it. The walkthrough calls those skip windows. The strength calculator turns the 1.3 billion target into a time estimate once you know your Strength per second.

How-to intents this hub covers

Tier rankings live next door on the tier list hub because they go stale faster than a how-to. Codes live on the codes hub. Scripts — including why most pastes are for the wrong game — live on the scripts hub. Use those, do not paste their tables into a guide.

Videos

We only embed real YouTube IDs, one per page, mid-article. Current assignments:

  • Getting Started uses GravyKoalaMan’s noob-to-strongest run
  • How to lift uses yalc plays’ Lift a Cube session
  • Walkthrough uses RobloMine’s Lift a Cube capture
  • Endgame uses Pangolin.x lifting nearly two billion kilograms

If a video is just a recap of another video, we do not make a second page for it. Duplicate topics merge here.

How to use these guides without stalling

Leave Train running while you read. Click multiplier bubbles when they appear. When a paragraph tells you to buy an upgrade, pause long enough to spend Cash, then go back to push-ups. The training planner is the compact version of that habit.

If a cube still refuses to move, you are under the Strength gate — not missing a secret emote. Check strength stats, then either Train longer or walk back to a lighter cube on the cubes tier list. Do not buy random rolls hoping a common material will skip a billion-Strength wall. Materials help the rate; they do not delete the gate.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for training, cubes, and arm rolls.

Which Lift a Cube guide should I open first?

The Getting Started page. Then keep Train running while you learn the lift bar.

Do these guides assume I buy Robux?

No. The experience is free through the last cube. Robux is optional comfort, not a required gate.

Where is the rebirth guide?

There is no rebirth system in the live loop. Overtrain instead. See how to train.

Why is there only one video per guide?

The wiki embeds at most one real YouTube video in the middle of each article. Duplicate topics share a page.

Is there a mobile guide?

Yes. Mobile play covers the Train button, tap bar, and AFK on a phone.
