Best Arms in Lift a Cube
Wear the multiplier. Screenshot the rest.
“Best arms” in Lift a Cube is not a fashion bracket. Official copy promises better arms for faster push-ups and rare materials for insane Strength multipliers. The arms hub exists because that multiplier is the character. This page is the equip rulebook. How you buy the rolls is on how to get arm materials. Letter grades are on the arm materials tier list.
We will not publish a fake named catalog. Freaky Strong! has not posted a public Trello of every mesh. Until a datamine or a group shout names rows, best means highest Strength per push-up you currently own, then highest you can reasonably roll without skipping a vendor.
The equip rule
After a chest roll:
- Read the Strength-per-rep (or multiplier) on the new material
- Compare it to what is equipped
- Equip if it is strictly better
- Leave duplicates in inventory or sell/scrap if the client offers a sink
- Go back to Train on 1
If the new roll is worse, keep your current arms. A rare that loses the number is not best. A common that wins the number is best until something higher drops. Visual auras, diamond plate, and thumbnail lightning are not stats. The cube does not see them.
When “best” is still a bad purchase
Best arms are still a bad buy if you skipped the section’s training-speed pad to afford the chest. Permanent vendors multiply every future rep, including the reps your new material will produce. Rank that spend on the upgrades tier list. The first-hour order on Getting Started is the same sentence in checklist form: Train, legal lift, vendor, leftover rolls.
Best arms are also a bad buy if you are under a cube gate and you needed one more legal lift for Cash. Materials do not delete gates. They raise the rate at which you approach them. If the bar will not complete, you need Strength time, not another common roll. See how to lift and Strength stats.
Loadouts by phase
Spawn. Whatever you rolled first that beats default. Do not reroll in a panic. One upgrade and one legal cube matter more than chasing S-tier in minute ten.
Mid map. A multiplier that lets you skip a cube tier while Train stays on. This is where overtraining and a decent material meet. The walkthrough tells you to walk past weights you no longer need. Arms are how that skip arrives sooner.
Endgame. Sportskeeda says you want some of the best materials plus nearly every map upgrade to hit 1.3 billion Strength. “Best” here means the top multiplier you can actually wear, not a YouTube thumbnail. Pangolin.x lifting nearly two billion kilograms is the proof clip on the endgame page — that session is not a starter loadout.
What we rank instead of names
| Role | Keep it if | Replace it when |
|---|---|---|
| Default arms | You just spawned | Any roll with a higher Strength-per-rep |
| Mid multiplier | It beats default and you still need vendors | A higher multiplier lands after the vendor is bought |
| High-end / “insane” | You are pushing millions toward 1.3B | Something strictly higher drops |
| Duplicate worse roll | Never as an equip | Immediately; it is inventory noise |
| Cosmetic-only | Never for progression | You already cleared the last cube and just want a look |
When official names appear, they will slot into this table and into the tier list on the same day so facts stay aligned.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for training, cubes, and arm rolls.
What are the best arms in Lift a Cube right now?
Whatever equipped material gives you the highest Strength per push-up after you have bought local upgrades. Names are not on a public Trello yet.
Should I reroll until I get a rare?
Not if a training-speed vendor is unbought. Roll leftover Cash only. See how to get arm materials.
Do I need Robux for the best arms?
No. The last cube is free to reach. Robux is optional comfort, not a required gate.
Where do I see my current multiplier?
On the equipped material in-game. Compare it using Strength stats and keep Train running.
